- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Sigh, I'm so disappointed. I have been with these guys since they have opened. They have always taken care of my kitties with A quality care but since I have gotten a dog, it's almost comical. When we were worried that she had a UTI, they never called us about the blood work and when I called, the doctor had to apologize because the Lab never tested it. Now, for the SECOND week in a row, they have not groomed my dog after I specifically told them my concern for this the first time they forgot. What do they do?
