- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went to remove a few items off my auto and home plans. Was told that I had to come to the office to sign the paperwork... In this day and time you shouldn't have to do this and electronically could and is an option. NOT OFFERED. Kristy was my representative for many years and chose to leave, Allison, I guess, was cold and was like she was doing me a favor in this task.Told her I bet I've been doing business longer than you being here. "don't think so"... NO ONE in office. I came from Old Hickory. I asked to use the restroom...." we generally don't let anyone use them... I am a customer, not trash off the road, I pay your commission to keep that restroom, so why deny. I did not say that, but wish I had. I ended up walking two blocks and had to cross road. VERY busy and dangerous road to cross. She never said ,well go ahead, but said I'll have the paperwork here for you to sign. Family business at DON Scott.... they want even let a customer use there restroom. I did say you made me cross the GD interstate... to go to the bathroom.
