- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I brought my dog in to Fix for Life to have him neutered, and when I dropped him off they asked me to fill out paperwork on why you are bringing him in today and things you would like done (shots, flea treatment, nails trimmed, etc.). I didn't need anything done to him other than to get him neutered because I had an appointment for him already set up. When I picked him up they cut his back nails so short that they had to paste the them to keep them from bleeding. Along with that I called a dozen times or more trying to talk to the vet about some concerns I was having with him, but no one seems to know how to answer the phone. His genitals look as if they went through a grinder, they're black and swollen and it keeps getting worse. It is spreading down his leg. I don't understand how they keep getting service when they show no compassion when a concerned customer keeps calling. Also, the number registered to the company is a cell phone, I have called leaving numerous messages and they have not answered or called me back.May 03, 2017by Bridgette Williams
